Shipping Information

Orders shipped to the clinic are typically ready for pick up between 2 - 4 business days. Our team will reach out when your order is ready for pick up.

Orders that are delivered to the customer's house are the responsibility of the customer. Any orders damaged due to weather or stolen once delivered cannot be accepted for return. Please ensure you are listing the correct delivery information if shipping to your home.

Returns and Exchanges

Veterinary Prescription Diets

Prescription veterinary diets are 100% guaranteed by their manufacturing companies and may be eligible for return for the following reasons only: 

• Your pet will not eat the food despite trying a gradual transition
• The food arrived with a broken seal or damaged can that has compromised the integrity of the food.

If you feel your purchase may be eligible for return, please contact the clinic directly at 780-756-5070. Please note returns on prescription diets will only be considered if the purchased date is within 30 days. 

All Other Online Purchases are FINAL SALE

We recommend measuring your pet prior to ordering apparently or equipment as returns/exchange of these items will not be accepted.

In circumstances where you consider a product defective or damaged please contact us at 780-756-5070 within 48 hours of purchase. Please have the product details and digital receipt of your order available.
